Travel Essentials
What I never travel without.
I’m on the road a lot for work, for inspiration, and sometimes just to reset. Over time, I’ve discovered what actually makes travel feel a bit easier and helps me arrive looking (and feeling) more rested. These are the things I pack for every trip — the small necessities and functional luxuries that truly help.

ON THE PLANE
The little things that make a big difference in flight.

Compression Socks
One of the most effective travel hacks I’ve found. I didn’t realize how much better I could feel stepping off a long flight until I started wearing these.
Ursa Major Wipes
Perfect for a quick refresh during a long travel day or when you’re going straight from day to evening. Individually wrapped and made with clean ingredients, I find endless uses for them.
Slip Silk Eye Mask + Pillowcase
For better sleep—arguably the most important travel essential. The mask is super soft and blocks the world out; the pillowcase helps prevent bed head and those creases you wake up.
HEALTH
What helps keep me balanced when routines fall apart.

Arrae Bloat + Sleep
My diet and sleep are rarely ideal when I’m traveling. These help both.
Zinc Spray
I take it religiously whenever I travel. It’s the easiest way I’ve found to keep my immune system strong.
Buoy Electrolytes
One of the only electrolyte options I’ve found without sweeteners or artificial flavoring. Staying hydrated is the key to avoiding jet lag (IMO).
Bala Jump Rope + Ankle Weights
Small, packable, and surprisingly effective. They keep me consistent on the road, especially when I don’t have access to a gym.
TECH SUPPORT
The practical essentials that save me when travel doesn’t go to plan (which is often).
Apple AirTag
A tiny lifesaver. I keep one in each suitcase, and it has helped me track down lost luggage more than once.
VPN
Essential for working while traveling or safely accessing your accounts abroad. Not glamorous, but necessary.
Charging Power Bank
Compact, reliable, and powerful enough for multiple charges. It lives in my bag and doesn’t weigh me down.
BEAUTY HACKS
The skincare routine that restores my skin, even after a long flight.

ILIA Lip Mask
A super hydrating overnight mask that I put on before flights. It does double-duty in the daytime when regular lip balm just isn’t enough.
Face Oil + Mist
I rotate between oils, but most recently it’s been True Botanicals. I also love the Subtle Energies mists for their Ayurvedic blends. The combination keeps my skin hydrated even in the driest conditions.
HigherDose Red Light Mask
One of the few tools I really notice a difference from when I use it consistently. It’s lightweight, hands-free, and comes with international adapters making it easy to use anywhere.
Korean Masks
My go-to after long travel days and late nights. A few hours (or overnight) with one of these and you wake up looking like a new person.
EVERYTHING ELSE
The quiet workhorses.
Away Packing Cubes
A game-changing system for organization. I can find anything immediately, and the compression zippers create extra space when I inevitably overpack.
Tide Stick
Because spills always—always—happen on the days I’m least prepared.
Wherever you’re headed next, I hope these make the journey a little easier!
